Experience with Giampaolo Ienna, Elegran Real Estate Fraud Agent

Giampaolo-Ienna

A Elegran real estate licensed realtor named Giampaolo Ienna is accused of defrauding digital agency for service fee of $10,000. Go in for more information. Elegran is an esteemed real estate company and a select member of Forbes Global Properties, the magazine’s real estate division for New York City. We have our doubts, nevertheless, about their onboarding procedure because they don’t run background checks on salespeople like Giampaolo Ienna before onboarding them.

WHO IS GIAMPAOLO IENNA?

Giampaolo Ienna works as a licensed Real Estate Salesperson at Elegran Real Estate, a member of Forbes Global Properties. Previously, he was with Douglas Elliman Real Estate Company. In various paid interviews, he falsely claimed to be a partner in certain media agencies.

Giampaolo portrayed himself as a successful real estate salesperson in his paid interviews and featured articles. However, these cannot be fully trusted as they are sponsored brand content. Despite the paid placement of his articles, Giampaolo’s approach seems unique and uncommon for a real estate broker to promote.

HOW GIAMPAOLO IENNA SCAMMED OUR DIGITAL AGENCY?

Giampaolo Ienna’s media presence initially appeared organic, with numerous interviews and feature articles across various media publication. However, it later came to light that these were all paid and sponsored placements bought under PR Package by some PR agency. An in-depth exposĂ© on him can be found on LetMeExpose.

Seeking to verify his Twitter handle, Giampaolo approached us, having previously failed verification attempts from other PR service provider. Despite our efforts to utilize his poorly written paid articles for verification, his credibility issues rendered him ineligible for legacy verification.

Following his failed Twitter verification, Giampaolo expressed interest in verifying his Instagram handle through legacy method where you need to have genuine unpaid media coverages. We outlined specific terms and conditions, including a fee of $10,500, which he agreed to pay once he is verified via email. We initiated the verification process, including the creation of PR articles, and submitted his profile through our Meta media portal.

Giampaolo

After a few days, we verified his Instagram account which he confirmed through email. Thereafter we requested him to clear the agreed invoice of $10,500 but he delayed payment, promising to settle soon. In the meantime, he suggested that he will refer few of his friends and we should overcharge his friends—Roy Nachum, James Vita, and Eli Taylor-Lemire to cover his fees. However, this plan failed as his friends declined the services. Despite multiple follow-ups for payment, Giampaolo evaded us, indicating an intention to defraud.
